Location: Germany WHY WE’RE LOOKING Morgan HR is seeking skilled fractional Meeting Facilitators to support our Comp Aware program and bolster our consulting team’s change management initiatives. We need independent professionals who excel at guiding diverse groups, engaging stakeholders through adult learning strategies, and resolving complex issues. If you’re driven to create impactful sessions without committing to a full-time position, we’d love to hear from you. WHO YOU ARE You’re an experienced facilitator and change management expert who thrives on designing and leading group discussions that drive real outcomes. You have a knack for applying adult learning theory and resolving stakeholder issues, ensuring all participants feel heard and empowered to take action. Organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently, you deliver meaningful experiences for both clients and teams. EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of professional facilitation and change management experience. • Proven track record applying adult learning theory to program or training design. • Familiarity with compensation, HR, or organizational development projects is a plus. • Adept at stakeholder engagement and issue resolution in diverse corporate settings. • History of successful collaboration with consulting teams and end clients. YOU MUST BE GREAT AT • Creating structured agendas that keep sessions focused and productive. • Employing adult learning principles to engage participants with varying backgrounds. • Listening actively and guiding stakeholders through conflict or challenging discussions. • Capturing insights and translating them into actionable takeaways. • Managing time effectively to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
