Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment and Administrative Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth fulfillment processes, efficient administrative support, and excellent customer service. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help keep our office running seamlessly, supporting both internal teams and external clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Option to increase to Full-Time available

Hours

Monday-Friday: 1-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Help with order fulfillment processes, including tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely completion
  • Handle front desk duties with professionalism, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide exceptional customer support
  • Maintain accurate data entry using tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace for invoicing, record keeping, and reporting
  • Organize files, manage calendars, and schedule appointments to optimize office efficiency
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence
  • Support office management tasks including inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Willingness/desire/ability to be work as part of a team

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support experience is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proven data entry accuracy and typing proficiency; experience with Google Workspace tools is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar management
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is beneficial but not required
