Our Segamat Clinic in Johor is currently hiring General Practitioners on a profit-sharing basis, offering an attractive salary package and excellent growth prospects.Location: Segamat, Johor Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 9 am – 2 pmResponsibilities:Provide exceptional medical services to all patients, ensuring their well-being at all times.Perform simple medical procedures efficiently and effectively.Interpret medical reports, including X-rays, blood reports, ECGs, and other relevant documents, and provide appropriate recommendations based on patient needs.Collaborate with a dedicated marketing team to promote the clinic and attract patients.Undertake any other delegated duties and responsibilities as required.Implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies, recommending additional services based on the patient’s health status and requirements.Requirements:Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Ideally, have Occupational Health (OHD) certification and experience conducting health surveillance for employees.Fully registered Medical Doctor with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).Doctors with general practice or locum experience are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with clinic systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for musculoskeletal injections provided by our Orthopaedics Specialist.Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from RM 1,500 to RM 2,000, supplemented by a profit-sharing arrangement based on a 60% : 40% split of net profit.Annual leave entitlement.EPF contribution.Free on-the-job training for musculoskeletal injections under the guidance of our Orthopaedics Specialist.Join our dynamic team and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and well-equipped clinic environment.
