High Falls Food Co-op | Part-Time | Reports to Grocery Manager

Our Grocery Stockers keep the shelves full, fresh, and inviting for our community. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. If you enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a cooperative community, this job is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Keep shelves, bulk bins, and coolers fully stocked, rotated, and well-organized.
  • Unload, move, and stock products quickly and safely.
  • Maintain clean, orderly prep, storage, and sales areas.
  • Dispose of damaged or spoiled goods promptly.
  • Monitor cooler/freezer temps and alert managers of issues.
  • Assist customers with questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory and department meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods.
  • Comfort working in coolers and freezers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated.
  • Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with natural and organic foods a plus.
