About the position We're looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead our demand gen marketing efforts and drive measurable growth. This is a senior, hands-on role perfect for a strategic leader who can own the entire demand generation function, from strategy and campaign design to execution and analysis. You will be the central force in our marketing team, aligning our go-to-market (GTM) motion with a cohesive demand gen strategy reporting to our CMO. You will design and execute end-to-end campaigns across a variety of channels, ensuring our message reaches the right audience at the right time. Your work will directly impact our sales pipeline and revenue growth. You'll lead and manage our internal team and external agency engagements. You will provide them with the direction, content, and assets needed to be successful. Responsibilities • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for our B2B Enterprise SaaS company, focused on driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline. • Campaign Management: Own the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns, from ideation and content briefs to launch and optimization. This includes building campaign assets like landing pages and ad copy. • Team & Agency Leadership: Lead and manage our external ad agency, providing clear strategic direction and creative assets. Manage content writers, demand gen director and partner with Sales Ops to collaborate and synchronize marketing efforts effectively. • Audience Segmentation & Campaigns: Define and execute relevant campaign strategies for different arenaflex audiences and personas across various sectors. • Channel Management: Oversee performance across a variety of channels, including: • Paid Media: Manage effective campaigns on arenaflex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Content & SEO: Work with internal or external resources to ensure our content strategy supports demand generation goals. • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and outbound efforts. • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and manage targeted ABM campaigns, leveraging intent data platforms to identify and engage high-value accounts. • Event Lead Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to support the conversion of leads generated from our participation in events as a sponsor or exhibitor. • Data & Analytics: Use data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on key KPIs such as lead volume, arenaflex per lead, and pipeline contribution. Leverage intent data to build highly effective and targeted campaigns. • Technology & Systems: Act as a key stakeholder for our marketing tech stack. Ensure our systems are configured to support our demand gen programs and provide actionable insights. • Sales Partnership: Partner closely with SDRs and Sales Directors to connect campaign activity to pipeline progression. Requirements • 7+ years proven experience in a senior demand generation role within a horizontal B2B Enterprise SaaS environment. • Deep expertise in designing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth. • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms, with specific experience using HubSpot and Salesforce. • Demonstrated experience with paid advertising platforms like arenaflex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. • Hands-on experience leveraging intent data platforms to inform and execute campaigns. • Extensive experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience managing direct reports. • A data-driven mindset and a track record of using analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
