Join Our Agency as a White-Labeled CMO for Multiple Clients We are a fast-growing U.S.-based web & marketing agency looking for an experienced Fractional CMO who can take full ownership of marketing strategy for our clients — fully white-labeled under our agency. You will be joining client calls, building their marketing roadmap, and signing them onto ongoing services. You will serve as the CMO within their company, operating as part of their leadership team. What This Role Involves You will manage clients under two engagement models: 1️⃣ Done-For-You CMO (Strategy + Our Team Executes) You create the entire strategy while our agency handles the actual implementation: Website + funnel strategy Paid ads direction Social media strategy Email + CRM Brand messaging Full growth plan 2️⃣ Advisory CMO (Strategy Only, Their Team Executes) You provide: Step-by-step strategies SOPs Campaign plans Weekly/bi-weekly calls KPI oversight Their internal team handles the execution under your direction. Requirements We need someone experienced and confident with high-ticket clients: 5–10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, Marketing Director, VP of Marketing, etc.) Comfortable managing and selling high-ticket monthly retainers Strong communication + client-facing leadership Portfolio of companies you’ve led or worked with Video testimonials or strong case studies REQUIRED Ability to join calls in U.S. EST timezone Professional, reliable, and confident in strategic decision-making Compensation This is a monthly recurring, high-ticket role: $1,500–$2,500 per client per month (Depending on engagement type, workload, and number of calls) The more clients you manage, the more you earn.
