Specializing in hormone and fertility support, this role includes reviewing lab results, building patient protocols, and delivering ongoing education and support. The Practitioner is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, maintaining strong communication, and contributing to the company’s mission of holistic, functional healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care and Consultations• Conduct patient consultations, analyze lab results (including HTMA), and develop tailored health protocols to support patient outcomes.• Guide patients through their health journeys by providing personalized, actionable advice on hormone and fertility issues.• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to optimize health outcomes.• Perform follow-up consultations and ongoing health checks as part of the service packages (Vital Insights and Flourish Formula).• Ensure patient care meets the highest standards of functional medicine, providing support in line with Motherland Wellness's values and mission.Patient Communication and Support• Provide ongoing support to patients via messaging platforms, offering timely, thoughtful, and high-quality responses to questions and concerns.• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through consistent communication and patient-centered care.• Support patient engagement and education, ensuring they understand their protocols and feel empowered in their healthcare decisions.• Ensure a high level of customer care, addressing any patient concerns proactively and with empathy.• Track and manage patient interactions, ensuring that no patient is left without timely communication or support.Education and Professional Development• Participate in monthly team education sessions to enhance knowledge, skills, and clinical expertise.• Contribute to the development of educational resources for patients and the team, supporting both internal training and external patient education.• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with industry trends and functional medicine practices.• Foster an educational environment within the practice, empowering patients with the knowledge they need to succeed.• Build authority and trust in the community by representing the company’s vision and values in patient care and interactions.Qualifications• Degree in Nursing, Functional Medicine, or a related field (licensed or certified as required).• 3+ years of experience in a functional health, hormone, or fertility care role, preferably with a background in patient consultations.• Strong ability to analyze lab results and create actionable health protocols.• Confidently identify when a patient would benefit from additional services or programs and present these options in a way that feels supportive, aligned with their goals, and rooted in education rather than pressure.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage patients through messaging platforms.• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a deep understanding of hormone and fertility health.• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:• Employee discount• Flexible scheduleWork Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
