Job Summary: - Operations

This role contributes to the company's success by providing a legendary customer service experience, acting with a customer comes first attitude to create meaningful customer connections. Models and acts in accordance with the company's guiding principles.

Job Responsibilities: - Operations

  • Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with the company's brand image.
  • Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandize and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
  • Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
  • Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Supports the implementation of the company's programs or initiatives.
  • Follows the company's operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industry eg. hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail sales, etc.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and possess a flair for customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.
  • Observant and able to evaluate the environment and customers for cues.
  • Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.
  • Positive attitude, patient and proactive. Able to “think on one’s feet”.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and available flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Working hours: 9.5 hours including 1 hour break (Shift)

Off day: 2 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
