Job Descriptions:

  • Handle documentation and records for foreign workers (work permits, passports, contracts, renewals).
  • Prepare and submit claims (accident, medical leave, invalidity, dependants, etc.) to PERKESO.
  • Assist in preparing disciplinary letters (show cause, warning, suspension, termination).
  • Able to handle other general clerical work.
  • To assist admin in developing and maintaining job descriptions, expectations and other employee details.
  • To provide orientation for new and transferred employees and to assist them in adapting to the work environment as well as understanding the company's guidelines.
  • To monitor and enhance employees' morale, productivity and handle employer.
  • To prepare monthly payroll report on the workplace attendance and productivity.
  • To prepare and monitor documentation for the employees internal training.
  • To maintain office stationaries and equipment.
  • To maintain accurately manual and computerized records and update regularly in line with data protection.
  • Data entry and record up-dating.
  • Assist in day-to-day administration task.
  • Manage admin documents and filing.
  • Assisting HR Department in all HR clerical matters.
  • Handle admin ad-hoc task as per required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in handling foreign worker documentation is an advantage.
  • Honest, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
  • Familiar with Employment Act 1955.
