It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experiencedHR Senior Executive (Learning & Development)with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based in Jitra.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis across all departments, analyze the data to identify organizational, departmental, and individual training requirements, and design the approved annual training calendar
  • Ensure all departments compile and submit On Job Training (OJT) plans and records, and oversee the execution of all training according to the annual and OJT schedules.
  • Source and secure training quotations for review, and process all staff training requisitions by obtaining necessary management approvals
  • Manage all coordination with external training providers for approved programs and provide on-site support to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate training records for audit readiness and ensure all documentation complies with ISO and regulatory standards
  • Manage the registration of all training forms with Document Control and maintain the integrity of all training, hygiene, and medical records
  • Support the HR Department by participating in and coordinating ad-hoc company events and initiatives, such as health screenings, blood donation drives, and community outreach programs.
  • Compile the Total Training Hours Report for all key divisions and represent the HR Department in Management Review Meetings
  • Prepared HR Monthly Report and RCS Report for Training & Development.
  • Manage the training procurement process, including reviewing Purchase Requisitions and issuing Payment Request Notes (PRN) for related expenses.
  • Ensure all financial transactions for training comply with budgetary and procedural guidelines
  • Maintain key compliance and evaluation reports, including the Training Bond Tracking Report and CEP Points Report, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
  • Analyze training feedback to compile a comprehensive Training Evaluation Summary with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage the end-to-end HRD Corp grant cycle, from application and documentation to claim submission, while monitoring the levy balance for optimal utilization
  • Serve as the HR representative on key compliance committees (e.g., Halal, HACCP, ISO) and participate in internal and external audits to ensure all HR processes meet regulatory and certification standards

Requirements :

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a specialized focus on Training & Development.
  • Proven exposure to internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, Safety & Health).

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of HRD Corp regulations, grant applications, and claim procedures.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22716, HACCP).
  • Proficient in MS Office, eTRIS, and online training platforms.

People & Personal Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective liaison across all levels and with external providers.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills to manage cross-departmental training initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High integrity, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
