The opportunity


We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot / RevOps Specialist to take ownership of an existing HubSpot environment and turn it into a clean, scalable and high-performing CRM.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with early-stage teams, cutting through complexity, and building CRM systems that directly support outbound sales, demo bookings and leadership reporting.


You'll have real influence — your work will shape how the business tracks leads, books demos and measures success as it scales.

Key responsibilities
HubSpot audit & optimisation
Review the current HubSpot setup and identify gaps, risks and quick wins
Improve overall structure, usability and performance
List management & data hygiene
Implement clean list structures and meaningful segmentation
Define and enforce lead source and lifecycle best practices
Automation & ownership
Set up automated owner assignment and sensible default rules
Reduce manual work and improve speed to lead
Deal pipeline & stages
Refine and document deal stages (Attempting Contact, Demo Booked, Demo Completed, Closed Won/Lost)
Ensure the pipeline accurately reflects the real sales process
Reporting & visibility
Build clear, actionable reporting with a strong focus on demos booked
Enable simple month-to-month performance tracking
RevOps best practices
Establish sustainable CRM habits for a growing team
Provide practical guidance and light documentation where needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a HubSpot Consultant or RevOps Specialist
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Pro (pipelines, automation, sequences and reporting)
Experience supporting early-stage SaaS or high-growth environments
Practical, outcomes-driven mindset
Comfortable working night-shift Australia hours from the office
