Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.  Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and ensure timely payment of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other applicable statutory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR enquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Work closely with the Singapore HR team to align HR operations, share updates, and support cross-border HR initiatives. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and HR reporting. Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, maintain accurate HR records, and manage statutory and regulatory submissions. Other administrative duties as assigned by the Management  Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or payroll, preferably in a corporate setting.Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, payroll practices, and statutory submissions.Familiarity with income tax filings and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.Knowledge of Singapore employment laws will be an added advantage.Experience with HR systems and payroll software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
