Company Overview

As an ICT Systems Engineer, you will take the lead in developing and implementing automated workflows, system integrations, and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual interventions, and support scalable business growth.

A secondary but critical responsibility is strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture. You will implement and maintain security controls, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with security standards across all systems and networks.

In addition, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of the organization’s ICT infrastructure. This role requires broad expertise across systems, software, hardware, and networks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, enhance system performance, and ensure secure, resilient, and efficient technology environments that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 1.     Automation Leadership

  •  Build and deploy Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.
  • Champion adoption of low-code applications across departments.

 2.     Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Monitor, detect, and neutralize cybersecurity threats using industry-standard tools.
  •  Implement IAM, endpoint protection, and network security controls.
  •  Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security audits.
  • Lead incident response and forensic investigations

  3.     System Design & Implementation 

  • Deploy and maintain ICT systems with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

 4.     Server & Infrastructure Administration

  • Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Perform updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Optimize network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.

 5.     ICT Support & Service Excellence

  • Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
  • Resolve escalated service desk tickets quickly and accurately.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device provisioning and secure access.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and ICT procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams to embed innovative digital solutions into operations. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (optional), and SharePoint.
  •  Extensive programming experience using either Java, C#, Python, JavaScript
  •  Working knowledge of DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins or related tools and platforms.
  •  5–7 years of experience in ICT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
  •  Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Practical cybersecurity experience (endpoint protection, IAM, MFA, SIEM tools, vulnerability management).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Security+, AZ-900, SC-900, Cisco, MCSE, and CCNP are highly desirable.
