We are seeking hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Consultants with extensive experience in implementing as well as supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The selected candidates will play a key role in augmenting and strengthening the onsite HCM team , working in close coordination with the offshore team to provide comprehensive support across regions. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end functional and technical implementation and post production support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor (OTL) . • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas (FF), HDL, Payroll Flow Patterns, and Configuration Packages . • Work on production support and enhancement projects , ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive monitoring of integrations. • Knowledge of REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , and OCI infrastructure . • Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting using Oracle PL/SQL . • Manage Unix file operations through PuTTY and WinSCP . • Utilize ServiceNow, JIRA, GitHub for tracking, development, and delivery. Required Skills and Experience: • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise . • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Patterns , and HCM data structures . • Strong PL/SQL skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments . • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI is preferred. • Ability to work independently, interact directly with customers , and manage deliverables under minimal supervision.Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience across time zones. Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification. • Prior experience supporting large enterprise clients across regions.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
