Position Overview

We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Agents to join our growing call center team. As the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. Employees will be required to make outbound calls as well.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment and outbound as well
  • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Clearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order value
  • Confidently and professionally handle objections using proven sales techniques
  • Accurately enter customer and order details into CRM systems
  • Make follow-up calls on non-converted inquiries
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Inbound Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales environment
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Call Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • CRM experience required (Salesforce a plus)
    • Cloud contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customers
  • Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workload independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
