Position Summary The Commercial Real Estate Marketing Coordinator – Industrial supports leasing and marketing efforts for an industrial real estate portfolio, including warehouse, flex, and distribution properties. This role is responsible for managing inbound leasing leads, maintaining industrial property listings, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting leasing initiatives to drive tenant engagement and occupancy. Key Responsibilities • Answer all LoopNet and industrial property signage calls during business hours and coordinate with Rubi when calls are handled by the service. • Accurately enter all leasing inquiries into the Deal Manager system. • Track, update, and monitor lead activity to ensure timely follow-up by leasing teams and brokers. • Curate, audit, and maintain industrial property listings across LoopNet, Crexi, Facebook, and other relevant marketing channels. • Ensure listings accurately reflect industrial property details such as square footage, clear height, dock and grade-level loading, power, yard availability, and zoning. • Take ownership of industrial-specific marketing materials including floor plans, site plans, brochures, signage, and property data sheets. • Manage and update company and property websites to reflect current availability, specifications, and branding. • Support marketing initiatives, leasing incentives, tenant appreciation, retention programs, and community engagement efforts. • Assist with other marketing, leasing, and deal management duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills • Experience in commercial real estate marketing or leasing coordination preferred. • Familiarity with LoopNet, Crexi, and CRM or deal management systems. • Understanding of industrial real estate terminology preferred. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
