Every 4Dbiz employee should be: -Honest -Reliable -Professional -Ambitious -Easy to train/Eager to learn -Personable -Detail-oriented -Adaptable Job Details: -Looking to hire within the next 2-4 weeks -Part-time employment to start, with room to grow to full-time -$20-27/hour, depending on experience, skills, and professionalism -Flexible schedule -Fully remote position Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide Administrative Assistant services to our interior designer clients, including: --Invoicing --Ordering -- Remote project management --Trade communications --Frequent meetings with upper management to ensure that all projects are on track --Diligently following up on action items needed and thorough communication throughout -- Attention to detail, critical reading, and retention a MUST --Being comfortable leading client facing virtual meetings. --Build a trusting, friendly relationship with our team --So much more as we continue to grow and develop. As you become fully-trained and confident as an Administrative Assistant with our team, you will be quickly eligible to move up to a Senior Admin position, which would be accompanied by an hourly raise.
