I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support me on a few ongoing design projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye who can translate concepts into well-organized, cohesive moodboards. Scope of Work Includes: Assist with concept design development Create full design moodboards based on provided direction Source furniture, lighting, rugs, finishes, and décor that align with the overall design concept Provide clear product links, pricing, and basic specifications Ensure consistency in style, scale, color palette, and overall design intent Organize boards cleanly and professionally (Canva preferred) Requirements: Background or experience in interior design Strong sense of aesthetics, scale, and material coordination Experience sourcing products from US-based vendors Ability to follow design direction while also suggesting thoughtful options Excellent organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Canva (preferred) Project Details: Freelance / project-based Potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit Timelines will be discussed per project To Apply: Please include: A brief introduction about your design background Samples of moodboards or design work (Canva boards a plus) Your availability and hourly rate Looking forward to collaborating with someone who is passionate about interior design and has a great design eye.
