Investment Analyst or Associate Investment Analyst or Associate Dallas, Texas Preston Hollow Community Capital (PHCC) is seeking a highly motivated, entry-to-junior level analyst/associate to join its investment team based in Dallas, Texas. The investment team focuses on fixed income investments in high yield tax-exempt bonds and is involved in every aspect of the firm's investment process, including origination, evaluation, structuring, and execution. The analyst/associate will assist senior management and members of the investment team, including the following day-to-day responsibilities: • Conducting financial analysis and modeling to assist the investment team in the evaluation, structuring, and execution of the firm's investments • Preparing internal and external presentations and proposals • Directly interfacing with developers, borrowers, and investment banks related to the firm's existing and future investments • Writing of investment memorandum for presentation to the firm's investment committee • Assisting with ad hoc analysis of the firm's existing portfolio Preston Hollow Community Capital is a market leader in providing specialized impact finance solutions for projects of significant social and economic importance to local communities in the United States.
