Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Investment Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities to accelerate our growth in energy-efficient solutions across SEA. You will support strategic business development, conduct thorough financial modeling, and assist in managing relationships with investors and partners, playing a key role in HydroBall’s mission of environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Sourcing & Analysis: Research and identify potential investment opportunities, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships that align with HydroBall’s green technology goals.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Perform comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential acquisitions or investment projects.
  • Strategic Growth Strategy: Develop and present investment proposals to senior management and the Board to guide decision-making for business expansion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Project Evaluation: Evaluate the commercial viability of new products or market expansions in the industrial/commercial cooling sector.
  • Risk Management: Assess and monitor financial risks related to investment projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, venture capital, or investment banking.
  • Background: Familiarity with SMEs, environmental technologies, or the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proven ability in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
