Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services Working with our food program and providing customers with a seamless experience Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service, sales, and teamwork.
