Pembantu Dapur (Kitchen Assistant)

Ringkasan Tugas:

Kami sedang mencari Pembantu Dapur yang dedikasi dan rajin untuk menyertai pasukan dapur kami. Anda akan membantu chef dalam kerja persediaan harian, menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan dapur, serta memastikan operasi dapur berjalan dengan lancar.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membantu chef dengan kerja mise en place (memotong, membasuh, menimbang dan membahagi bahan).
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi dapur – mengemop, mengelap, mencuci pinggan mangkuk, dan membuang sampah.
  • Mengendalikan dan membersihkan peralatan dapur (blender, pengisar, chiller, fryer) dengan selamat.
  • Membantu dalam penyediaan plating dan hidangan apabila diperlukan.
  • Mengamalkan kaedah FIFO (First-In-First-Out) dan pelabelan yang betul untuk semua bahan.
  • Membantu dalam menerima, menyimpan, dan menyusun stok di dalam chiller, peti sejuk beku, dan stor kering.
  • Mematuhi standard keselamatan makanan & Halalan Toyyiban setiap masa.
  • Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan dapur bagi memastikan penyediaan makanan lancar dan tepat pada masanya.
  • Mematuhi semua SOP dan garis panduan keselamatan yang ditetapkan oleh Tanjung Food Hub.

Syarat Kelayakan:

  • Warganegara Malaysia atau Penduduk Tetap (PR) atau IMM13.
  • Berumur 18 – 27 tahun.
  • Minimum SPM atau boleh membaca dan menulis asas.
  • Tiada pengalaman diperlukan – latihan disediakan.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan sibuk.
  • Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan, rajin, menepati masa, dan berdisiplin.
  • Sihat tubuh badan untuk melaksanakan kerja dapur.

Faedah yang Ditawarkan:

  • Penginapan disediakan.
  • Gaji asas kompetitif: RM 1,700 – RM 1,900 / bulan (bergantung kepada pengalaman).
  • Caruman KWSP, PERKESO, EIS.
  • Makanan kakitangan disediakan.
  • Bayaran kerja lebih masa mengikut Akta Kerja 1955.
  • Uniform & latihan kerja disediakan.
  • Triple Pay on PH, Jadual kerja fleksibel, Kerja shif 8 jam
  • Peluang kenaikan pangkat: Pembantu Dapur → Commis → Demi Chef → Chef de Partie.

Jadual Bekerja

  • 6 hari seminggu, mengikut syif
  • Waktu bekerja: 8.00pagi - 3.00 petang ATAU 3:00 petang – 11:00 malam
