Bounteous is seeking a Lead Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) Architect to join our growing Salesforce practice. This role will drive the architecture, implementation, and evolution of Salesforce Data 360 across enterprise clients, with a particular focus on the healthcare provider space. This individual will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on configuration experience and the ability to guide complex, multi-phase implementations from discovery through steady-state enablement. This individual will also serve as the Data 360 subject matter expert (SME) within Bounteous, providing architectural leadership, solution design, and best practices for data unification, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce and external ecosystems. n Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities Serve as the lead architect for complex Salesforce Data 360 implementations, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity across ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation Oversee all project phases -- Discover, Conceive, Build, and Evolve -- ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business outcomes Translate client goals into actionable technical architectures and data strategies Partner with developers, data engineers, and marketing technologists to configure, test, and validate Data 360 use cases Provide architectural governance and thought leadership throughout implementation and post-launch optimization Configure and test key Data 360 components, including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution rules, data bundles, calculated insights, and segment activations Troubleshoot ingestion, mapping, and harmonization issues, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems. Validate data pipelines and test real-time activation scenarios in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards Engage directly with client stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into business terms Enable client teams through documentation, training, and co-innovation sessions Support pre-sales efforts through solution scoping, demo environments, and RFP responses Contribute to the growth of Bounteous’ Salesforce Data 360 practice by defining standards, templates, and reusable components Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementations, with 2+ years focused on Data 360 or equivalent data architecture experience Proven success leading multi-phase, enterprise Data 360 implementations, ideally in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Data 360, including data modeling, ingestion, harmonization, and activation Expert-level knowledge of the Customer 360 Data Model and experience integrating Data 360 with a variety of Salesforce and external sources Understanding of HIPAA, PHI data handling, and healthcare data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate between business goals and technical architecture Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences n $160,000 - $197,000 a year Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
