The Learning Specialist Senior drives learning activities that lead to improved quality of service delivered by wider operational teams and improved key metrics of the given organization. Consults with cross function stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs, assists in the recommendation process to decision-makers, identifies delivery methods and implements plans accordingly. Aligns, develops and records training content for various roles of the whole organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with cross function stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs, assists in the recommendation process to decision-makers, identifies delivery methods and implements plans accordingly.
  • Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes
    to make recommendations for creating new programs and offerings to increase organizational
    effectiveness.
  • Use learning expertise and the available learning tools to develop innovative materials and experiences along the 70/20/10 spectrum of continuous learning: on-the-job learning, assessment/coaching and traditional learning.
  • Establish centralized and functional learning structure on ZEN for the given organization.
    Facilitate, Align, Maintain, and create new programs and offerings for New Employees, People Leaders and other development programs.
  • Communicate with various audiences regarding the learning event details, pre-work assignments, schedule and course changes, reminders about upcoming sessions.
  • Determine metrics and key skill indicators to measure success and sustainability of programs and
    processes. Perform knowledge check activities / Evaluate learning and training programs to meet CPS organizational development goals.
  • Cooperate with other teams on new service introduction or other projects from the learning and training perspective.
  • Develop the global and regional processes for the deployment of learning programs.
  • Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of a learning content.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Work Experience (years): 3-5 years

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of ZEN and other training tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics.
- Very Good knowledge of MS office components and Excel.
- Solid project management skills.
