Requirements • JD along with admission to any U.S. state bar. • Minimum 3–5 years of U.S. business immigration experience, with a strong focus on high-volume filings, including E-2, O1, TN, E-3 and EB-1 and EB-2 IV filings • Ability to prepare and file high volume H1B and L1 (including blanket L1) petitions for corporate clients • Advise corporate clients on all aspects of the PERM Labor Certification process. • Prepare and file PERM applications (ETA 9089) with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). • Oversee and manage the entire PERM recruitment process, including: Drafting and placing job orders and advertisements. Reviewing and documenting recruitment results. Ensuring full compliance with DOL regulations and timelines. • Prepare audit responses and supervise supervised recruitment processes if needed. • Draft and file Form I-140 petitions in the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. • Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills. • Ability to provide not only technical legal expertise but also proactive and strategic business solutions that align with our clientele’s needs. • Ability to secure malpractice insurance • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment. • Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects. • High level of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
