Summary Hi [Name], I’m seeking an experienced litigation strategy consultant and/or senior litigation paralegal for contract work on active federal and state matters, including bankruptcy. This role is hybrid and may include both strategic advisory work and hands-on litigation support, depending on background and experience. At this stage, I expect to handle a significant portion of the work pro se, particularly early on, while the situation stabilizes. I’m looking for someone who can augment that effort—providing strategic perspective, procedural guidance, and high-quality execution support as needed. ⸻ Scope of Work (may include): Strategy & Advisory (for JD / former attorneys / senior litigation professionals): • Litigation and procedural strategy in complex, multi-party matters • Strategy around motions, objections, attorney withdrawal, and substitution • Bankruptcy-specific issue spotting (standing, jurisdiction, trustee/UST dynamics) • Conflict-of-interest analysis, including disqualification, withdrawal, and conflict-free counsel considerations • Structuring, refining, and stress-testing arguments I have drafted • Advising on sequencing, timing, and risk Paralegal / Litigation Support (for senior litigation paralegals): • Formatting pleadings, motions, objections, and oppositions • Preparing captions, TOAs/TOCs, and signature blocks • Labeling and assembling exhibits and appendices • Final document assembly (Word → PDF) • CM/ECF familiarity is a plus, particularly for filing preparation and compliance ⸻ About the Engagement This is a high-stakes, fast-moving matter involving overlapping proceedings and heightened conflict considerations. The right fit is someone comfortable working alongside a pro se litigant in an active posture, who understands when to advise, when to execute, and when to flag risk. Please include: 1. Your background (JD / bar status or senior paralegal experience) 2. Federal, bankruptcy, or complex litigation experience 3. Any experience dealing with conflict-of-interest or attorney withdrawal issues 4. Availability over the next 2–3 weeks Thanks, Josh Apply tot his job
