Your Opportunity, Your Team The Live Associate supports QVC and will support the scaled growth of QVC's TikTok live and other social-first initiatives. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do End-to-End Product Execution: Connect the dots between merchandising/commercialization live strategy andproduction by supporting the product execution workflow from end to end, under the direction of live strategists. Data-Driven Insights: Apply a data-driven approach by breaking down and analyzing key metrics such as traffic,conversion, and GMV. Generate actionable operational insights and provide practical recommendations to optimizecreator operation strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok (as a user or creator) and familiarity with live shopping trends.
  • Proficiency with Airtable or similar data management tools.
