Livestream Hosting

· Host daily/weekly livestream sessions to present CONCEVOIR products in an engaging and persuasive manner.

· Demonstrate product usage, highlight benefits, and promote ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Product Knowledge Mastery

· Understand detailed product specifications, ingredients, usage methods, and selling points.

· Communicate product information clearly and accurately to customers.

Customer Interaction & Service

· Respond to customer enquiries during LIVE sessions and provide professional, service-oriented engagement.

· Support customer follow-up messages and basic e-commerce customer care when needed.

Content Support

· Assist in preparing live scripts, show flows, and visual materials.

· Participate in content shoots for marketing purposes when required.

Operational Support

· Assist in setting up livestream equipment, product displays, and basic technical checks.

· Support e-commerce operations (e.g., SKU readiness, promo tagging, livestream scheduling).

Flexibility & Availability

· Work flexible hours, including evening or night sessions based on campaign needs.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Certificate in marketing, communication, or related fields.

· Prior experience in livestreaming, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.

· Confident on camera, strong communication skills, and ability to present products clearly.

· Fast learner with strong product passion, especially in beauty & skincare.

· Able to work night shifts or weekends when required.

· Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, Shopee LIVE, or other platforms is beneficial.
