Our client, a prominent logistics and transportation company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator to join their fully remote operations team. This role is pivotal in managing the smooth flow of goods and ensuring timely deliveries for our clients, with operational oversight covering areas including **Kericho, Kericho, KE**. You will be the central point of contact for dispatching drivers, coordinating routes, and resolving logistical challenges.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for a fleet of vehicles. Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and minimize transit times. Assign drivers to routes and monitor their progress throughout the day. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff. Track shipments and provide real-time updates on delivery status. Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver performance. Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to manage operations. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading schedules. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage. Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination, preferably in a remote setting. Familiarity with route planning software and GPS tracking systems. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
