We are looking for experienced and talented Loss Prevention Assistant to join our Head Office Team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyse KPI reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Carry out regular stock management audits in all stores
  • Produce weekly update to support team.
  • Coach store teams on stock management cycle and the importance of this in order to maximise sales and provide customers with 100% availibility.
  • Plan and attend full stock takes, this includes early morning starts with start times varied between 5am and 8am.
  • Support in reduction of shrink and waste.
  • Work closely with other departments in order to acheive mutual goals.
  • General administration tasks.
  • Provide stores with plans to tackle customer theft.
  • Attend regular meetings.
  • Provide support to stores where required

Requirements, Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills, Problem solving skills, Strong analytical skills.
  • Good numeracy skills, excellant communication skills.
  • Good timekeeping and be willing to start at varied times i.e. early morning starts during stock take months.
  • Must have Full UK Driving Licence and acess to your own car.
  • Be willing to travel as we have stores in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayrshire.
  • Excellant knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-Point.

Working Hours:

The role is 5 days over 7, working 40 hours per week, Standard hours are 8am till 4.30pm.
