Varity Homes is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our top-producing luxury real estate team. We need a creative engine to take ownership of our brand presence, allowing our founders to focus on growth while you bring our marketing vision to life. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do You will oversee the marketing calendar from start to finish, ensuring our brand feels elevated and aligned across all platforms. • Strategic Content Creation: Design and execute print, digital, and email campaigns (postcards, brochures, market reports, and website updates). • Social Media Management: Own the strategy and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and arenaflex. • Field & Event Support: Attend staging, photography, and inspection appointments. Plan and execute client appreciation events and community gatherings. • Brand Innovation: Use AI tools to refine workflows and scale creativity, staying ahead of market trends to keep our presence fresh. • Operational Support: Organize inboxes, manage the CRM, and coordinate closing gifts to ensure a "wow" experience for every client.
