About the position Sigmoid Analytics is seeking a Management Consultant (MC) to join our team in LATAM. In this role, you will lead strategic business consulting projects focused on Data Analytics Strategy, delivering actionable insights that help clients optimize operations, achieve their business goals, and drive growth across the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, translating complex business challenges into data-driven strategies that foster operational excellence and performance improvement. The MC role serves as the primary contact point with stakeholders and other key requirements sources during the business requirements definition process and throughout the development process. The MC will also work with Data Analytics and Product teams responsible for translating the business requirements into specific data, functional, and architecture specifications for implementation. Additionally, the MC will partner closely in defining and driving User Acceptance Testing procedures. Responsibilities • Lead and manage business consulting initiatives with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions that drive growth, operational efficiency, and business transformation. • Provide data-backed insights to inform key business decisions and help clients optimize their operations. • Translate data and insights into practical business solutions that align with client objectives. • Work closely with senior leadership to align consulting efforts with broader business objectives. • Present business recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Spanish and English. • Collaborate with teams to address business challenges and develop tailored strategies for growth and efficiency. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into actionable strategies. • Familiarity with business analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and an understanding of how to apply insights to real-world business challenges. • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in both Spanish and English. • Interest in working with clients across LATAM. • 3+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or operations. • Experience working with senior leadership and C-level executives. • Passion for technology, process innovation, tools, change management and work with and for people • Willingness to make the difference from strategic transformation plans to implementation and measurement, and most important: Make things happen! • Strong critical thinking and digital capabilities Nice-to-haves • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field • Experience working in different LATAM markets. • Strong understanding of business strategy, consulting, and decision-making processes. • 2+ years of experience in a management consulting firm. • Communication skills (written and spoken) in Portuguese. • Experience working with a CPG or FMCG leading company.
