The Enterprise Solutions Retail Platform Onboarding team partners with internal and third-party channel teams to launch and scale modern retailing capabilities across the enterprise. Our team operates like a Software as a Service (SaaS) Professional Services group, supporting internal and third-party teams as they integrate to enterprise retailing capabilities. We serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical product teams—gathering requirements, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful channel onboarding across the enterprise. The Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is seeking a Manager of Retail Platform Onboarding that will lead channel integration with enterprise retail capabilities, enabling speed to market and flexibility for the company. Responsibilities: + Lead and develop a team of highly skilled and motivatedindividuals + Drive clear decisions and forward progress in ambiguous,fast‑changing, and priority‑rich environments + Create and execute on Delta’s Retail Onboarding roadmap + Streamline, influence, and support channel onboarding toexisting retail functionality to enable value for the enterprise + Collaborate with channels to document new functionality andcommunicate to IT delivery teams + Communicate progress clearly to technical and commercialleaders and teams What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Minimum five years of airline, retail technology orequivalent experience required + Strong business knowledge and technical skills with anin-depth understanding of product management + Capable of managing multiple projects with limitedsupervision in a fast-paced environment + Focused on results and can prioritize competing interestswith seemingly disparate goals + Uses data to quantify problems, identify trade-offs anddevelop solutions + Communicates in a timely, accurate and effective manner + Must be performing satisfactorily in present position + Consistently prioritizessafety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people,thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high schooldiploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of ageand has authorization to work in the United States.
