About the position

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are currently looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager. This role will sit within the Sportsbook organization and assist with management of key talent, influencer and integrated partnerships. If you have a passion for sports, content and partnership business development within a fast-paced culture, we want to hear from you. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic execution and continuous optimization of cutting-edge talent partnerships that elevate FanDuel Predictions' market presence and user engagement
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure exclusive talent collaborations that amplify our predictions platform and drive breakthrough marketing and commercial results
  • Develop and nurture dynamic partnerships with top-tier influencers and content creators, transforming them into authentic FanDuel Predictions brand ambassadors through innovative content strategies
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for our prediction-focused talent roster, building trust and driving performance through direct engagement with creators and their representatives
  • Expand our FanDuel Predicts talent ecosystem while leveraging synergies across our Sportsbook, Fantasy, Casino, and Racing verticals, delivering measurable impact on key marketing KPIs and positioning Predicts as a cornerstone of FanDuel's comprehensive sports entertainment platform
  • Create compelling performance narratives through daily and weekly reporting, competitive analysis, and strategic roadmap presentations that inform executive decision-making
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Media Operations, Go To Market, and Growth teams to execute flawless campaigns that maximize ROI and user acquisition for FanDuel Predictions
  • Ensure every campaign asset meets our premium standards while driving creative excellence that sets FanDuel Predictions apart in the marketplace
  • Partner with external stakeholders to streamline operations, manage deliverables, and implement data-driven recommendations that consistently exceed performance benchmarks
  • Take ownership of budget management, vendor relations, and partner authorizations while solving complex challenges that arise in our fast-paced environment
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and building our next generation of partnership experts
  • Maintain the agility to adapt in our dynamic predictions-focused business environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience partnership management and talent sourcing
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them
  • Analytical mind with a strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Experience negotiating favorable rates and deal structures with advertising partners
  • Strong understanding of marketing testing and reporting methodology
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience in managing or mentoring people preferred
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
