Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Collaborate Across Experience Levels; Work seamlessly with a diverse legal team—ranging from seasoned litigators to early-career professionals—and actively participate in cross-training initiatives to ensure continuity of client service and internal support. • Own Your Caseload: Take full ownership of assigned cases from intake through resolution. This includes preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and zealously representing clients in court. • Strategically Manage Client Relationships: Communicate clearly and consistently with clients to manage expectations, explain legal processes, and maintain trust. You will also play a key role in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, contributing to the firm’s reputation and growth. • Evaluate Complex Legal Matters: Analyze legal issues with precision, review and interpret pertinent documents, and develop well-reasoned strategies tailored to each case’s unique circumstances. • Resolve Matters in the Client’s Best Interest: Exhibit unwavering dedication to client outcomes.
