We are a leading digital advertising agency specializing in Local SEO, with 18+ years of experience and over 70,000 small business clients across the U.S. and Canada. We help small businesses grow through search engine optimization, paid media campaigns, website design, social media marketing, and digital content strategies.
We are currently hiring remote marketing advisor - loyalty and retention specialist with knowledge or experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related advertising services.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Retention Specialist, your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You’ll manage relationships with active and at-risk clients, using your communication and persuasion skills to reinforce the value of our services and prevent cancellations. Candidates with experience or understanding of SEO, digital ads, or marketing services will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound cancellation requests and re-engage customers with persuasive communication.
* Educate clients on the value of our services—especially in SEO and paid digital marketing—and why continuing with us is a smart investment.
* Use a combination of inbound, outbound, voice, and non-voice tools to manage accounts.
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow all account retention procedures.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year in a high-volume call center, customer service, sales, or retention role.
* Strong verbal and written communication in English.
* Effective negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or digital marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
* Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a distraction-free workspace.
