THE ROLE We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the firm’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy. The Marketing Director will play a critical role in elevating our market presence, positioning the firm as a thought leader in investor relations, and driving growth through integrated marketing campaigns, client acquisition initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the client service teams, capital markets, PR/media, and leadership team to design and execute campaigns that engage key arenaflex audiences including private and publicly traded companies, institutional investors, sell-side analysts, media, investment banks, law firms, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Brand & Positioning: Define and execute the firm’s brand strategy to differentiate our services in the competitive investor relations landscape. • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans (digital, events, content, PR) to drive awareness, client engagement, and business growth; manage the marketing and communications calendar for the firm. • Thought Leadership: Position the firm as an industry leader through insights, publications, speaking engagements, and media visibility. • Client Acquisition & Growth: Partner with business development to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and support client retention. • Digital Presence: Oversee the firm’s website, social media, and digital marketing programs to build a strong online footprint. • Partnerships & Events: Identify and leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and events to expand reach and influence in the capital markets ecosystem. • Client Leadership: Act as a senior advisor to clients on brand positioning, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement strategies; partner with client service teams to ensure marketing insights and communications strategies align with client objectives and shareholder expectations. • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team of 9 people including graphic designers, PR and media, digital specialists, fostering creativity and accountability; act as a trusted marketing advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. • Budget Management: Manage the firm’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, arenaflex efficiency, and measurable ROI. • Analytics & ROI: Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and continuously optimize marketing investments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field. • 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within financial services, investor relations, or capital markets. • Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical skills, with the ability to balance big-picture vision with execution. • Proven expertise in building integrated marketing strategies, brand management, and digital communications. • Strong understanding of capital markets, investor communications, and financial storytelling. • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging messaging. • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics dashboards. • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling marketing functions in a high-growth environment. • Strong network within financial markets, corporate governance, or investor relations communities a plus.
