About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Operations Lead for one of our technology-driven company focused on building scalable, data-driven growth systems. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives where marketing meets technology. You will architect and manage the full marketing infrastructure, integrating CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics frameworks to ensure that every marketing process runs with precision and transparency. The Marketing Operations Lead will play a hands-on leadership role in building the foundation that powers sustainable growth, efficient collaboration, and data-based decision-making across teams. Key Responsibilities Systems Strategy & Optimization • Design, integrate, and optimize marketing technology systems (CRM, automation, analytics). • Build scalable workflows and connections between marketing, sales, and product teams. • Identify and implement process automation opportunities. Data & Reporting • Develop real-time performance dashboards (Power BI or similar). • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms. • Translate analytics into actionable insights for leadership and marketing strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product to align data and process flows. • Support sprint planning, resource allocation, and project management across departments. Enablement & Documentation • Create training materials and operational guides to enhance system adoption. • Build and maintain a knowledge base of tools, integrations, and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing Technology. • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or RevOps within a tech-driven company. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL/MySQL). • Experience developing automation scripts, bots, or process integrations. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing performance frameworks. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
