Marketing Technology Administrator Employment Status: Full-Time (following successful completion of a 60-day probationary period) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Lincolnshire, IL Career Level: Mid-Level Position Summary The Marketing Technology Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of marketing technology platforms and data-driven processes. This role partners closely with Marketing, Trade, Corporate, Sales, and IT teams to ensure systems are effectively utilized, data is accurate, and workflows are continuously improved to support business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Administer and support marketing technology platforms, including arenaflex Office applications, SharePoint, and Power Automate. • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and data accuracy. • Manage and support integrations between databases, APIs, and internal marketing systems. • Support CRM and PRM platforms, including configuration assistance, reporting, and user support. • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal data governance standards. • Provide technical and administrative support to trade and corporate marketing initiatives. • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. • Perform additional duties as required by management. Required Qualifications and Skills • Strong proficiency in arenaflex Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Automate. • Demonstrated experience working with databases and application programming interfaces (APIs). • Working knowledge of CRM and PRM platforms. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • A nice to have is bi-lingual English / Korean.
