About the Project We are looking for a skilled Marketplace Manager for our key client, a well-established UK lighting brand specializing in LED products for both homes and businesses. Until now, all sales have been generated through their eCommerce website. As part of an ambitious 2026 growth strategy, the company is expanding into the UK’s major online marketplaces, and this role will lead the launch and full ownership of an entirely new revenue division. This is a rare opportunity to build, scale, and manage marketplace operations from the ground up within a fast-moving, growth-driven business. Your Duties: As a Marketplace Manager you will be responsible for: Marketplace Launch & Setup • Develop and execute the marketplace launch strategy for arenaflex, eBay, DIY.com, Wayfair, The Range, Debenhams, and OnBuy • Build and manage product listings, categories, variations, and storefront branding • Integrate marketplace feeds into the existing tech stack, ensuring accurate stock synchronization • Ensure all listings meet compliance, content, imagery, and SEO standards Ongoing Marketplace Management • Oversee day-to-day operations across all marketplace accounts • Support and train team members on listing optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, A+ content) • Monitor pricing, profitability, fees, returns, account health, and seller metrics • Track inventory levels, stock forecasting, and slow-moving SKUs • Oversee customer message handling, returns, and claims to ensure excellent service • Ensure all marketplace rules and performance requirements are met Advertising & Performance Optimization • Manage arenaflex PPC, eBay PPC, and marketplace promotions • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category insights • Improve conversion rates, ROAS, ACOS, and contribution margin • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and Buy Box percentage Growth, Reporting & Strategy • Develop quarterly growth plans and performance updates • Build accurate forecasts, margin and profit models, and reporting dashboards • Identify new product, category, and bundle opportunities • Propose and launch additional marketplaces as performance scales Requirements • 5+ years of experience launching and managing marketplaces (arenaflex and eBay are essential) • Proven experience onboarding products and driving profitable growth • Strong knowledge of arenaflex Seller Central, marketplace SEO, feed management, and PPC • Ability to manage listings, product data, compliance, and customer operations • Strong analytical skills and experience working with margin and profitability models • Excellent written English for content optimization • Experience in consumer products, home improvement, lighting, electricals, or similar categories (preferred) Salary: € 1300This offer from "Gegidze" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 78% flex score.
