Meta (Facebook) Ads Specialist Needed — Troubleshoot & Guide, Not Manage

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

I am looking for a highly experienced Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads specialist who can help me troubleshoot my current campaign, fix delivery issues, and guide me through the correct technical setup. My ads are approved but not delivering, stuck on “Preparing,” and I need someone who can quickly diagnose what’s wrong and walk me through the solution. This is for an educational long-term investing training program. I prefer to manage my own ads long-term — I am not looking for someone to fully take over my account. I need a specialist who can fix what’s broken and teach me how to run things properly. What I Need Help With • Reviewing my current campaign/ad set/ad structure • Fixing delivery issues (“Preparing” / no spend) • Verifying my pixel + conversion event setup (Lead event) • Checking my audience setup (lookalikes + interests) • Ensuring everything is compliant with Meta policies • Guiding me step-by-step so I learn the process What I’m Looking For • 3+ years professional Meta Ads experience • Deep experience with Website Leads, conversion optimization, and pixel events • Strong troubleshooting ability (NOT just running ads) • Someone who can explain things clearly as we go • Someone open to occasional future support as needed Background (for candidates) I already have the following in place: • A VSL-style video training • An opt-in page (GoHighLevel) • Facebook Pixel installed (+ Lead event tracking) • A Leads campaign in Meta Ads Manager • Lookalike audiences built from customer lists The ads are approved but not spending and remain stuck in “Preparing.” I need someone to: • Diagnose why the campaign isn’t delivering • Ensure pixel + events are working • Review audiences, placements, and optimization settings • Confirm compliance for financial-education content • Clean up the structure (campaign → ad set → ad) • Explain what went wrong and how to prevent it • Help me confidently launch future ads myself Goal Create a reliable, compliant lead-generation setup where users watch my educational video and opt in through my website form. To Apply, Please Answer: 1. Do you have experience fixing ads that are approved but not delivering? 2. Are you comfortable guiding/teaching me rather than taking full control? 3. What is your hourly rate? 4. When can you start? (I’m EST) Budget Flexible — I’m looking for the right expert, not the lowest price. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
