What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a National Sales Consultant within our Corporate Lodging division. This position falls under our CLC Lodging line of business and is located remotely within the continental U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and closing new midmarket business sales by targeting prospects and responding to inquiries from companies with workforce, field, project, or long-term travel needs. You will report directly to the SVP of Lodging and Field Sales and regularly collaborate with the broader sales organization. How We Work As a National Sales Consultant, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: • Home office setup • Company-issued equipment • Formal, hands-on training • $125 monthly internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with companies that utilize travel services. • Self-sourcing leads using various prospecting techniques, including tele-prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. • Achieving assigned sales production targets and maximizing account revenue potential. • Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, contracting, and onboarding new clients. • Utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, PowerPoint, case studies, and financial analysis examples to support business development. • Maintaining Salesforce.com to accurately track KPIs, activity, pipelines, and revenue projections. • Participating in sales meetings, trade shows, and other networking opportunities. • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. • Meeting or exceeding all performance standard requirements. • Complying with all management requests in a timely manner. • Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills • Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • 6+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in travel, lodging, or hospitality-related industries. • Experience selling and managing larger clients through multi-property hotel or corporate apartment accounts preferred. • Background in selling to clients with extended stay and workforce travel needs highly preferred. • Strong telephone and virtual sales skills with experience closing C-level decision makers. • Ability to self-source leads and independently manage the full sales cycle. • Proficient in Salesforce.com, arenaflex Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. • Creative problem solver able to adapt to changing conditions. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Prior remote work experience a plus.
