Job Description Required Education: • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Required Experience/Skills: • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline • Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes • Experience working with cybersecurity or medical product data is a plus • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating sound professional judgment • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and systems based on factual analysis Job Duties: • Collaborate with the product cybersecurity and data teams to ingest, clean, and transform diverse datasets related to medical products • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders • Lead the development and optimization of BI tools and architecture across the enterprise • Partner with senior business and IT leaders to understand, gather, and prioritize data and reporting requirements • Solve complex technical and data challenges, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient data solutions • Define and implement performance tuning strategies (e.g., data filtering and indexing) to enhance BI tool performance and user experience • Develop testing methodologies and criteria to ensure data integrity and accuracy of BI solutions • Design and deliver training programs for end-users to promote self-service analytics and informed decision-making • Establish and enforce data governance standards, best practices, and documentation procedures • Develop and monitor data quality metrics to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and propose innovative solutions to support evolving business needs Industry: • Medical Device Manufacturing Estimated Start Date: • 10/6/2025 • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
