<div><p>Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Nurse Case Manager I with a unrestrictive Ohio license</p><p>Looking in Cincinnati region. Clermont, Warren, Butler, Hamilton, Clinton Counties.</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong> : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST</p><p>The anticipated wage for this position is between $37 and $38. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.</p><p>The case manager utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual\'s benefit plan and/or health needs through communication and available resources to promote optimal, cost effective outcomes</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3-5 years clinical practical experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2-3 years Care Management, discharge planning and/or home health care coordination experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Case Management experience required - Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast paced changing environment.</p></li><li><p>Sedentary work involving periods of sitting, talking, listening.</p></li><li><p>Work requires sitting for extended periods, talking on the telephone and typing on the computer.</p></li><li><p>Work requires the ability to perform close inspection of hand written and computer generated documents as well as a PC monitor.</p></li></ul><p>Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Requires an RN with unrestricted active license</p></li><li><p>Case Management Certification preferred</p></li></ul><p>Click on apply now for instant consideration!</p><p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
