Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications
  • Utilize Office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace for bookkeeping, invoicing, and scheduling tasks
  • Support calendar management and appointment setting for team members or executives, ensuring efficient time management
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing files to keep the office running smoothly
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed to ensure seamless operations

Skills

  • Proven experience with Office management systems including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
