Camp Ramah is a vibrant non-profit summer camp in upstate NY, where Campers in grades 3-10, grow in a beautiful and safe setting. From sports to the arts, swimming to outdoor adventure. Camp is a transformative experience for campers, staff, and families from both across the New York metropolitan area and around the world.

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Serves as receptionist for camp by answering phones and greeting guests.
  • Provides and demonstrates ability in the management and efficient operation of a well-run business office, skill in keyboarding, use and maintenance of office machines, filing, keeping of records, and a working knowledge of computers.
  • Manages all camping service programs on a computer program.
  • Assists with all special events.
  • Co-responsible for office and lobby appearance
  • Assists in managing all budgetary accounts associated with position.
  • Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Director, Associate Camp Director, or Director of Operations
  • Order and maintain stock of office and copier supplies
  • Facilitate check ins and outs with staff

Dates: Camp runs from June 24 – August 13. Staff training & Set-Up is June 20 - June 23.

Compensation: $2000-$5000 depending on experience and position. Opportunities exist for additional responsibilities and bonuses. Room and Board provided while in residence at Camp.
