Hours: Monday - Friday 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Operations Support Job Responsibilities:

As an Operations Support associate, you'll provide key administrative assistance in dispatch or on the dock to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key duties include:

  • Assist with dispatch coordination and load assignments on the dock
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Track and monitor shipments for accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Generate and complete required reports
  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Transportation and/or warehouse shipping/receiving experience
  • LTL experience preferred
  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Ability to work in an open dock environment subject to the elements
