Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a mid-level Oracle EBS Applications DBA to install, administer and support multiple Oracle EBS environments in a high profile setting. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with Oracle databases, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Ebusiness Suite on Unix environments and a total of 4+ years in IT. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of Oracle Database and EBS Applications administration including patching, cloning, troubleshooting issues, code migration support, etc. The candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work seamlessly in a team environment as well as independently. Any AI experience is a plus.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.x administration, patching, troubleshooting and configuring complex setup such as SSO integration, high availability, RAC, etc.
  • Experience with installation, configuration and patching Oracle databases (19c and above).
  • Familiar with APEX, Oracle Weblogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux platforms
  • Good understanding of certificates, keystores, Oracle wallet, etc.
  • Good Oracle Database Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting skills
  • AI, LLM, ML experience is a plus
  • Ability to work positively, creatively and analytically in a challenging problem-solving environment
  • Due to the nature of this role candidate MUST be US Citizen

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with Oracle SSO products, OAM/OID/OUD/AccessGate/WebGate
  • Experience working with Oracle on Exadata System
  • Experience with Oracle EBS development framework
  • Experience in Unix shell scripting and other scripting tools such as Perl and/or Python
  • Good understanding of Oracle APEX, ORDS, JSON and REST Services
  • Good understanding of advanced concepts such as high availability and disaster recovery/business continuity plan
  • Experience with Oracle OEM Monitoring
  • Experience with Oracle Multitenancy including the management and maintenance of Container and Pluggable databases
  • Experience with RMAN and the fundamentals of Oracle backup and recovery.
  • Experience working with Oracle as an application developer
  • Oracle OCP or OCM Certification
  • Experience in disk array storage solutions – preferably NetApp
  • Experience in Backup / Recovery solutions – preferably CommVault
  • Experience in AI, LLM, ML


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79370 - $134929

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
