About the position The Order Management Specialist is accountable for managing customer relationships, through phone and email communication, while maintaining a professional attitude to add value to the customer’s experience. Must be able to multi-task and be well organized to tackle ongoing problems and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Order Management Specialist is the main point of contact for processing all customer orders as well as providing information updates as necessary. As an Order Management Specialist your role will take on many exciting and rewarding opportunities that will enhance our customers experience when it comes to aiding all of INFICON's products! In this role you will be working on the following roles and duties: Responsibilities • Enter and process all incoming orders, process credit memos and returns, credit card orders • Completing freight, international shipments, Consolidation shipments • Answering to customer calls via phone and/or email with a professional demeanor and replying in a timely manner • Be a part of a project team that assists new and existing operational topics to help further enhance our customer's experience • Bring new ideas and process and be open to change while embracing new technologies and processes • Provide excellent troubleshooting when a circumstance arises that needs resolution for customers and internal departments • Must have excellent relationship-building and professional demeanor • Professional communication via email, phone and in person Requirements • 1+ years of experience in an Order Processing Customer Service role • Proficiency in arenaflex Office suite (including Word and basic Excel) Nice-to-haves • SAP or other software platforms • Excellent computer know-how.
