About the position Be a part of our caring community and help us put health first. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven and innovative leader to drive our New Leader Onboarding or Leadership Development, Top Talent, and Career Path programs. This new leader onboarding role is responsible for designing and facilitating enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, accelerating top talent growth, and building scalable career path frameworks that align with our sales performance and organizational goals. This role is key to accelerating the development of high-potential talent and frontline leaders who are critical to customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. Ideal candidates will bring strong program design, facilitation, and stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to tailor leadership development to fast-paced, customer-facing environments. A passion for innovation—including the use of AI technologies to personalize and scale learning—is essential. The leadership development role will focus on designing, facilitating, and continuously improving scalable, high-impact onboarding experiences that accelerate the success of newly promoted or hired leaders in our fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This individual will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding programs are aligned with organizational goals and leadership expectations. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who blends strong instructional design and facilitation expertise with project management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of leadership development. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative decision-maker who is passionate about empowering new leaders—and eager to innovate using AI and emerging technologies to elevate learning outcomes. Responsibilities • Design and deliver scalable, inclusive, and engaging learning programs tailored to new people managers. • Create leadership development and top talent experiences across multiple business units. • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop blended learning solutions. • Facilitate high-impact workshops, leadership labs, and coaching sessions for first-time managers. • Integrate AI-driven tools and technologies to personalize learning pathways and measure program effectiveness. • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, business leaders, DEI, and subject matter experts. • Anticipate future new leader capability needs and recommend strategic learning interventions. • Drive program execution from end to end, including timelines, budgets, communications, evaluations, and continuous improvement. • Identify and support rising stars with targeted development paths and mentorship experiences. • Build a scalable, engaging career path framework for key roles. • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and other Learning & Development teams to identify onboarding needs. • Develop onboarding roadmaps, toolkits, and resources. • Establish clear success metrics and measure onboarding effectiveness. • Build stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on effective leader transitions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Organizational Development, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with a focus on onboarding or leadership programs. • 2+ years of experience leading a team of learning professionals. • Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership and onboarding programs. • Experience supporting onboarding for sales organizations or call centers is highly desirable. • Strong learning facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principles knowledge. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management abilities. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with learning technologies, onboarding platforms, and evaluation tools. • Certifications in coaching, leadership tools or assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI, DiSC) are a plus. • Strong facilitation and presentation skills. • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
